Synopsis
Abbie has had a suckfest of a year so far with moving colleges so be with her fiancée only to find out he’s is a cheating 🐓🧇. She just wants to finish school and save up enough money to take a trip to London like she always dreamed. She’s studying to become a teacher, so nannying the QB’s sweet little girl seems like the perfect job!…. Until she backs her car into his 😣.

Nick feels like he’s treading water. After losing his girlfriend and the mother of his little girl he just needs to keep his spot of QB so he can be drafted and take care of his daughter. And to do that he needs a reliable nanny to help out. But no way is he hiring the shy book nerd who backed her car into his hours after interviewing for the job. But when she literally jumps through a window to save his daughter he decides she’s the perfect choice for his nanny.

My Thoughts:
Omg this book was so freaking good!! This is the last book in the Varsity Dads series and it didn’t disappoint. I’m so sad to see this series end, but damn Lex did an amazing job with this story! Watching Nick totally fall for Abbie while also still kind of wrestling with his grief was *👌🏼 chefs kiss* sooo good!! And watching Abbie heal from being cheated on and learning to trust again, while falling not just for Nick but for his daughter too was amazing.

I can’t wait for the spinoff series that’s coming and I know this just like the other books in the series will be an instant reread for me!
